Tuna fish fillet with Basque piperade 190 g | Olasagasti

A dish prepared of very high quality mixing two types of pepper, tuna loins and an alliance of flavors with character (ingredients : red and yellow pepper (44%), tuna (30%), onion, tomato, olive oil, white wine, Modena vinegar, salt).

It can be served on toast, also as a plate with a couple of eggs to the pan or with pasta.
