Whole Idiazabal cheese, with D.O. (Denomination of Origin), piece of 1,2 Kg : Elaborated with milk of sheep latxa in the hamlets of the shepherds, these cheeses are the flower of Idiazabal’s production. Of intense and sometimes strong flavour according to the treatment.
It is traditionally cosumed with quince and nuts, but we recommend to taste them also with gela of pepper of Espeleta and with jam of black cherry.
