It has deep and persistent aromes, a magical flavor due to the high consumption of acorns and pastures of the meadows of the Iberian pig during the montanera, final stage of outdoor fattening.
If you taste this Iberian “caviar” for the first time, it will marks the palate forever.
We advise to accompany it on a good bread and a good stained wine or the thin one, and overcoat it to savour to temperature ideal environment between 20 and 24ºC (or 68/75ºF).
