This preserves are prepared from Bonito del Norte, or white tuna, from fresh fish, with olive oil in a glass jar of 220g. This species of tuna is the most appreciated because of its high nutritional value and above all because of the recognized quality of its meat.

These loins come from beautiful North fish one by one, with cane, from June to October, in the Cantabrian Sea, without damaging its precious meats and without harming other species.
