his sangria, whose graduation is 8.5º, is worked, in Barbastro (Huesca), with the following traditional ingredients of high quality :

  • Red wine ripened in French oak
  • Grape must
  • Natural juice of Mediterranean citrus
  • Cinnamon branch of Sri Lanka «five special zeros»
  • Vanilla pods from Papua New Guinea

As neither sugars nor industrial concentrated aromas have been added, and as it has not been filtered, it has a certain turbidity characteristic of a meticulous artisan method.

The end result is a real wonder on the palate.
