A liqueur widely used in the Basque Country, due to the culture developed around the apple throughout the centuries.

From Orkoien (Navarra), it is obtained by the maceration of selected apples. Its alcoholic content is 19% of the volume.

With a semi-transparent color and a fresh and pleasant smell, it has a strong apple flavor : Very round on the palate.
